Installation:

Download DynamicThreshold_1d.class to the plugins folder and restart ImageJ.

Description:

This plugin performs a dynamic thresholding as described at the HIPR page (http://www.dai.ed.ac.uk/HIPR2/adpthrsh.htm).

The statistics included here are the mean, median, min, max and (max+min)/2 values of the local neighborhood.

Works with stacks.
